Okay, I started the WoF series because two of my best friends recommended it for me last year. I thought nothing then, but by the time I was halfway through the first arc, I was in love. Dragonet Prophecy was a great book, but I didn't really get hooked till Lost Heir. Hidden Kingdom was super cool, especially the part where [SPOILERS] they do the big competition. Tamarin's flower gathering part had me punching the air. To me, the Dark Secret was kind of a letdown, but I still continued the series. I loved Sunny in Brightest Night, and once I found out there was a second arc, I went INSANE with happiness. (does that make sense? probably not) Moon Rising was, and still is, my favourite book in the series. Probably because I can relate to Moon, being a bookish person who is horrible at talking to people (in person) Winter Turning was ok. I know some people have a burning passion for Winter and Winterwatcher, but I don't. Escaping Peril was also amazing, with Peril in the PoV and Prince Cliff existing. Here are some amazing quotes from Cliff that made me love him.
"I gotta practice my 'no, no, leave me alone' face, or else everyone want to be with me ALLLLLLS the time."
"I'm not a moonbeam! Today I'm a super-secret stealth agent flier hero of the world!"
And, of course...
"I want! To SEE! MOMMY KILL GRANDMA!"
Talons of Power was great, learning about fish's past as an animus (i call turtle fish, i mean he has gills and everything) was interesting, and Darkstalker taking his magic away? I CRIED. (Lucky he gets it back in DoD >.>) Darkness Of Dragons was much the same, a thrilling book full of exciting parts. Also Peacemaker .< aaa
