So... I scraped the story ideas because of writers block. So here’s a slightly original roleplay.
Yes, it is based off D&D and Pathfinder, but the world belongs to me and two others.
Welcome to SkySea, the city on the Bordek sea. From outside it looks like a perfectly normal island but on the underside of the city is a reverse aquarium where another part of the city resides. Towards the center of town on the sky side is a huge arena with high magic security. Around the arena are different shops and booths filled with everything you might need for a battle. Each arena participant gets a magical device that looks like a tablet, each device tells you battle schedules and shop offers. On every beach there is some kind of dock for ships, also including public and private beaches.
A free-for-all. But there are activities available. You can have a 1v1 battle or duke it out as teams. You can see how long you outlast enemies or go through dungeons! If you win events like these you will win what we call marks– our money. Use your marks to upgrade gear, purchase weapons, and eat at adorable cafés with friends or team members!
No super OP characters or Mary Sues/Gary Stues
Characters must have flaws and weaknesses
Doesn’t matter what type of creature your character is! All races are welcome!
Limit to 5 characters per person (this rule may change)

I can accept or decline characters
No god modding
No power playing
No controlling other characters who don’t belong to you

No killing unless given permission
Your character has a chance of dying
Battle schedules are random so keep an eye on all threads dealing with this fwrp
Shipping is encouraged :D
Magic is not allowed inside the arena, so it will be ‘striped’ from the user until they have exited the arena
Shops can sell anything

A class is a certain skill or job I guess. A example of a class is a Mage/Wizard or Paladin (a over glorified knight).
Barbarian: a brutal berserker from beyond the edge of civilized lands
Bard: uses skill and spell alike to bolster their allies, confound their enemies, and build upon their fame
Cleric: a devout follower of a deity, the cleric can heal wounds, raise the dead, and call down the wrath of the gods
Druid: a worshipper of all things natural –a spellcaster, a friend to animals, and a skilled shapechanger
Fighter: brave and stalwart, a master of all manner of arms and armor
Monk: a student of martial arts, trains their body to be their greatest weapon and defense
Paladin: a knight in shining armor, a devoted follower of law and good
Ranger: a tracker and hunter, a creature of the wilds and of tracking down their favored foes
Rogue: a thief and scout, an opportunist capable of delivering brutal strikes against unwary foes
Sorcerer: spellcasting sorcerer is born with an innate knack for magic and has strange, eldritch powers
Wizard: masters magic through constant study that gives them incredible magical power

Physical Appearance: Air is a tall, pale skinned girl with blue eyes and ombré hair. Her ears are long and pointed, resembling elven ears. Just above her ears two long black horns protrude from her brown hair. A pair of giant feathery, ombré wings cling to her shoulder blades.
Clothing Preference: Elven chain with elaborately designed breastplate, shin and thigh braces, forearm braces and armored shoulder pads.
Personality: Air is a introvert in ways, being shy and quiet. When she talks to people she knows well, she is sarcastic and light-hearted at the same time. She likes spending her time flying and improving her enchantments. She also enjoys sailing and chasing storms.
Strengths: fast flyer, has a few enchanted items, a peculiar orb...
Weaknesses: has trouble flying for a large amount of time, energy drains fast with large spells
Flaws: has a hard time talking to strangers, afraid of sharks even after killing one, is slightly afraid to fight
Likes: sailing and storms, friends and family
Dislikes: sharks, enemies, fights
Abilities: can make a whip from her hair, spellcasting, enchantments, water walk from enchantment, lightning absorb from enchantment, feather fall from enchantment, steel feathers, extinguish all light from peculiar orb, and of course.... flight
Weapon(s): a wooden staff and whip
