The hearts people draw are basically symbols of love, though not necessarily romance. I think the definition matters more to some people more than others, because there are people who draw hearts just for the sake of doodling and others might do it because they are in love. At least, that's how I think about it.

idk i draw them when i'm bored bc it's mindless and easy. although i makes no sense bc a, hearts don't look like that, and b, love comes from your brain. i'm probs gonna send a brain card to my future bf or gf bc the heart is for blood

people come into our lives for a reason

bringing something we must learn

we are led to those who help us most to grow

we help them in return

i don't know if i believe that's true

but i know i'm who i am today

because i knew you

^^grendel summed up what i was gonna say pretty well

hearts are typically associated with romance, but i don’t think they’re inherently romantic. some people take it that way tho

the heart wants what it wants

and what it wants

is to burst out of your chest and terrorize people. it's an alien, remember?
