i'm feeling very uncomfortable. it's, like, kinda chest dysphoria??? it just doesn't feel right. but here's the catch, still very much female identifying. it's really just this thing. so what gives? what is going on? like sometimes i feel ok with it, but then there's times like this when i'm just extremely uncomfortable. help?

people come into our lives for a reason

bringing something we must learn

we are led to those who help us most to grow

we help them in return

i don't know if i believe that's true

but i know i'm who i am today

because i knew you

I don’t really know how to help with this since I’ve been pretty fine with my chest but uhh if it really bothers you, maybe consider things like a binder or binding? For when you feel like this, esp since you’re not supposed to wear them all the time

A secret place for me and you

Where everyday was fun and new

A simple time played in our heads

Well tell this story again

Refreshing, isnt it?

Lets breathe the air, try not to cry

Its time to say our goodbyes

I think maybe it's that media and everything in life sort of focuses alot on the female chest? I kind of don't like mine either and wish it were flatter, because then I think I would feel less self-conscious. It really depends on my environment. With just my sister and mom at home, I'm fine. Other places with other people...I suddenly feel the need to put on my jacket, vest, sweater, coat, etc. whatever to hide it.

Ohhh I get what ya mean, it's p muchbthe same for me.

Uhhh idk how to help but?

Personally since I'm not allowed to get a binder I just wear a tight sports bra and just... stop thinking about it. If you can't see them then you won't worry about it that much.

Also just wear it when you feel like you need it (most of the time for me lol)

As for why that feeling happens, I have no idea. Just uhh hope this helps and know you're not the only girl outbthere who feels like that :)

sounds like dysphoria but could also be plain ol' 'breasts are stupid and i don't want them'. since you said very you're comfortable female identifying, it's probably the latter.
