Maybe I should elaborate:
In order for creativescarlet16 to have gotten Nacho banned, all she could have done was report one or more of Nacho's post(s). However, creativescarlet16 has no say in who gets banned (and for that matter, neither does any other forumer). Reporting merely alerts the mods that something may be wrong with the post; it is up to the mod(s) to decide the ban or not.
If Nacho posted something breaking the rules, then his post would have been deleted, and then he would have been banned. I haven't seen Nacho post anything that got deleted lately, or anything that was ban-worthy, but maybe I haven't been paying attention. When you're banned, the mod(s) send you a message that happens when you try to post something. The message tells you what you were banned for, and how long you have remaining for your ban.
If you want me to believe that Nacho is banned, I'd like you to copy and paste his ban message exactly and send it through.
Also, I believe mods have started banning by IP addresses, in order to prevent the banned forumer from making another account and avoiding the ban. Once, I got banned, and my sister was banned along with me, despite the fact that she didn't do anything. If Nacho had gotten banned, I think it's pretty likely you also would've gotten banned.
Furthermore, if Nacho was banned, Brrr-cky B would have sent a post warning Nacho on the Forum Town Square. Also, mods don't disclose the usernames of forumers who hit the report button. There is no way for anyone to know who reported them, without the forumer confessing themself.
Given all of this, I think it's unlikely that creativescarlet16 got Nacho banned.
