Galaxian didn't say that it was much more complicated than just that.
Galaxian's emotions seemed to be highly unstable, but his memories went to the start, where Galaxian arrived at the scene, and Brine's features were melded in between Exitium's, Schepping's, and the deity's own. More specifically, it was Brine's head and torso, Exitium's legs and ears, and Schepping's wings and tail. His form also continued to shift in front of Galaxian's eyes. Galaxian's memory sped up a bit at this point, as he seemed to go between moving forward and back, like he was asking how to help.
At some point, finally, the young deity moved next to Brine, but though the other's form was semi-stable, energy waves continued to shift the area as Galaxian looked around. There were some waves of pain after that, following changes in Brine's condition, as Galaxian had been storing the other's power (balancing it out) in his own body, so thus he had the same effects.
Galaxian seemed to be relieved by now, though, so the vision cleared out slightly and slowed down to normal pace. Some skeletons could be seen trying to help Brine, and probably the younger god as well, but falling to pieces.
At this point, Time appeared, transferring the power into his pocketwatch with a spell. The situation apparently stabilized, even though Chan could probably sense that Galaxian felt Schepping's and Exitium's weak life presence. Brine even could nod his head at Galaxian and Time in thanks, in which the young deity immediately felt like everything would be okay.
Then, suddenly, Brine's left eye blew up along with a portion of his head, as Exitium "fell" (never having a life presence in the first place). Time had been holding the spell he had, and Samuel asked for Galaxian to help Schepping, but the young deity's anxiousness was coming in waves at this point, especially as he stared at the pool of black blood.
Even as this happened, however, Galaxian seemed to be having some luck with increasing Schepping's life presence. And then it came, the moment...where Brine literally exploded. Or "imploded", according to the second definition Galaxian used. He was knocked over slightly by the energy waves emitted by this, but what mostly came out at this point was pain, desperation, disappointment...pretty much any negative emotion Galaxian had ever felt exploded in him at this point. His vision blurred with red, though there really wasn't much to see at this point. Not that they would have been seen, anyways, because the entire world in his vision at the time seemed to darken and actually crumble, and there was a drastic speeding-up of time.
The next memory was basically Galaxian talking to Time, who looked a bit dazed. Strangely, none of the dialogue registered in Galaxian's memories. Even as he looked to Wyvern, watching her react and scream and be out of character, it seemed like Galaxian felt nothing. The last glimpse of memory was Galaxian looking over to Brine's tombstone with apparently no emotions at all. The memory faded into blackness.
